The Potential

Amidst the pandemic, the architecture industry and life in Europe as a whole, came to a standstill. Recognising a promising trend and an economic upward spiral in The Gambia, my clients chose to relocate there, with aspirations of becoming a globally recognised architecture firm.

Through coaching, my clients discovered their life purpose, leading to the realisation that their existing brand no longer aligned with their goals. Instead of rebranding, I advised them to create a new brand and offering. Together, we embarked on a journey to define their why, vision, mission, brand values, and the culture they wanted to create. We focused on unique service offerings that catered to the evolving needs of future customers and anticipated global societal changes.
