The GO-ON Academy is a white-labelled internal training program designed to empower individuals and cultivate a strong organisational culture. It welcomes both aspiring and current leaders within the company, fostering effective communication and a sense of belonging among team members across the organisation's global branches and home base. With participants spanning locations from Monaco to Germany, France, Italy, Georgia, Houston to Al Khobar, London, and Seoul, this academy tackles business challenges head-on whilst creating new opportunities for the brand's continuous growth.

The Potential

For a global organisation, it’s imperative to ensure that all members of the team feel connected and inspired; that they are led effectively without relying on micro-management, and that the entire team understands the GO-ON approach of "selling without selling". 

The Solution

In coaching the CEO, we focussed on culture, individual empowerment, and the shift from traditional "management" styles to more effective "leadership" strategies. Evolving and future-proofing the business meant transforming human behaviour, which requires time, consistency and support. To achieve this, I developed a comprehensive, internal academy for leaders, future leaders and new starters, as joint development builds cohesive teams, cultivates meaningful connections, and delivers on goals. The Academy encouraged the team to find their purpose in the business to promote fulfilment and engagement. Leaders were developed through specialised training that equipped them with the skills and knowledge to succeed. Individuals were granted autonomy to make decisions and own their work, creating a culture of empowerment, initiative, and innovation. We focussed on enhancing customer acquisition and retention, building a strong brand identity, and driving efficiency and effectiveness. And finally, we developed a Team Codex of principles and behaviours that encourage collaboration, foster a feedback culture and promote open and constructive communication. The Academy was so successful in year one that it is running for a second year to further develop the team and enhance the business as a whole.
