Successful leaders empower others to succeed. The more competent you are in developing the growth of your employees, the stronger the economic potential of your company. In my experience, mental and emotional competencies are needed for sustainable leadership, as it is how you ensure that your company is fit for a life of growth that’s in harmony with the physical, mental and emotional health of all. So then, what are the new mental and emotional key qualifications for entrepreneurs and managers in this time of change?

- Build your emotional intelligence and empathy.
