I attended the course "Knowing the needs of your luxury guests and using them for the success of your hotel" in September 2023 and was thrilled. The information and suggestions were very informative, concrete and applicable in everyday hotel life. We learned to get to the bottom of the needs of the luxury guest and to explore and work out the differentiating features of our business in an authentic and blunt way. Ms Michaela Christine Wolf - thanks to her competence and her cheerful, motivating manner - ensured that we participants were never bored. She brought it to the point. I have already implemented some things and can now analyse our target group even more specifically and consequently address and reach them.
