Using traditional hand-engraving methods, Rebus creates bespoke hand-crafted signet rings for customers who want to express their individuality and sense of quintessential British style. Their founder and his team’s expertise as craftsmen has helped the brand to become the UK’s premier creator of precious metal signet rings for men and women.

Challenge

Following the re-design on the website and a decision to grow the ready-to-wear product range Rebus wanted to gain a deeper understanding of their customers. Michaela Christine Wolf was tasked with conducting customer and market research to identify how people discovered
the brand, why they chose Rebus and how Rebus could make the purchasing process easier for customers.

Solution

Michaela Christine Wolf conducted one-on-one interviews with a range of existing Rebus customers to understand who the Rebus customer is and why they shop with the brand. Following brand analysis, customer profiling and customer decision journey mapping, Michaela Christine Wolf developed a customer-centric Marketing and e-commerce strategy to guide the brand’s Branding, Website re-design, CRM activities and Communication Materials.
